Lynn served in the Ohio State House of Representatives from 1984-1998, 2006-2014, and in the Ohio State Senate from 1999-2006.  During his time in office he was the State Chair, American Legislative Exchange Council; Former Member, Ohio State House of Representatives, Commerce, Labor and Technology Committee, Insurance Committee and Subcommittee on Retirement and Pensions; and member of Henry County Republican Central Committee. His professional experience includes Owner and President of Culligan Water Conditioning and Maumee Valley Bottlers, Inc.
