TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Cathleen O’Dowd, partner in the Tampa Office, has been re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.  Cate previously served as Treasurer of the Board and has also served as Co-Chair of the Festival.

Cate’s practice includes the representation of professional licensees and regulated business entities before local and state regulatory agencies and the Division of Administrative Hearings.  Industries and professions represented include: health care practitioners, pharmacists and pharmacy establishments, prescription drug wholesale establishments, pain management clinics, assisted living facilities, child day care centers, alcoholic beverage and food vendors, hotels and restaurants, construction, architecture, interior design, engineering, building officials, and real estate.

Cate received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and her B.A. in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
