TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Mathew S. Poling has joined the Tampa office as an associate in the Real Estate practice.

Mathew’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, zoning and land use, and environmental law.  He has experience representing clients in matters involving real estate transactions, leasing, site planning, master planned developments, zoning and land use, title insurance, Environmental Resource Permitting, wetlands, mitigation, protected wildlife, sovereignty submerged lands, and code enforcement.  Matt also has experience handling appeals to comprehensive plan amendments under the Community Planning Act.  Matt received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
