Rebbecca A. Goodall to Participate in Mentoring Program

TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Rebbecca A. Goodall, attorney in the Tampa office, will be participating in Judge Catherine Peek McEwen’s quarterly mentoring program November 18, 2015.   The presentation topic will be “Best Practices for Bankruptcy Paralegals.”

Rebbecca practices primarily in the area of business litigation, with an emphasis on issues related to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.  Her practice includes representation of secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, and debtors in Chapter 11 cases.  She also has experience with foreign recognition of Cross Border Insolvency Proceedings and administration of foreign assets.

Rebbecca received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Tampa.
