COLUMBUS, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP welcomes Kelly Leahy to the Columbus office as a partner in the Healthcare practice group. Kelly provides a wide range of transactional, regulatory, compliance and corporate services to health systems, hospitals, physician practices, long-term care providers, ambulatory surgery centers and other health care providers. She advises clients on health care reform, compliance with fraud and abuse laws, the Stark Law, Medicare and Medicaid rules, HIPAA and other federal and state laws and regulations.

Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, Kelly served for nearly a decade as in-house counsel to a multi-hospital healthcare system with numerous affiliated businesses and combines her legal skills with a wealth of health care operations knowledge. She received her J.D. from Capital University Law School and her B.S. from Miami University.
