Yadley was principal Chair of the 34th Annual Federal Securities Institute at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami, Florida, on February 4-5, 2016. Mr. Yadley had the privilege of interviewing Keith Higgins, Director, Division of Corporation Finance, U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, as the conference keynote event. In addition, he submitted articles and made a presentation on “New Opportunities and Challenges for Raising Capital.” The Institute, a major advanced level securities law symposium, featured leading practitioners, members of the judiciary and officials of the Securities and Exchange Commission to discuss the cutting issues of securities regulation and litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
He has been a chair of the Annual Federal Securities Institute since 1996, served as a panelist or moderator for the SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation since 2006, and is Co-Editor of The Florida Bar Florida Corporate Practice Manual. Greg is a member of the Florida Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is the past Chairman of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section (and former Chair of the Corporations and Securities Committee), and has been a member of that Section’s Executive Council since 1984. In addition, Greg is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Law School.
