Pitchford, partner in the Sarasota office, presented two lectures in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 entitled “Title Insurance Commitments:  Satisfying Requirements and Evaluating/Removing Exceptions” and “Reading Surveys.”   The lectures were given in conjunction with “Resolving Title Issues:  From Surveys and Liens to Restrictions and Authority” presented by the National Business Institute.

Mike practices in the Real Estate, Financial Institutions, Financing Transactions and Alternate Dispute Resolution practice groups.  He is also a Certified Civil Court Mediator and Panelist for the American Arbitration Association.
