Andrew J. Fruit Selected to Advisory Board of The First Tee of Tampa Bay

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa partner, Andrew J. Fruit, has been selected to join the Advisory Board for The First Tee of Tampa Bay.  The First Tee of Tampa Bay’s mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.  

Andrew is a corporate attorney who has substantial experience in representing businesses and entrepreneurs involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and governance, commercial contracts, securities, corporate finance, and other complex business transactions. His clients include family-owned and other privately held businesses, entrepreneurs and public companies.  Andrew’s experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, technology and software.  He has experience in general corporate reorganization and corporate structure issues.

Andrew received his J.D., with honors, and his M.B.A. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his B.A., with honors, in Economics from the University of Florida.
