Goodman has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts. Rachel’s principal area of practice is health law, including regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, licensure and certification, and corporate transactional matters for a range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, physician groups, physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation agencies, and durable medical equipment providers. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Transylvania University.
