Esquivel has been elected to the Board of Directors of Jameis Winston’s Dream Forever Foundation.  The mission of the Foundation is to impact the lives of financially disadvantaged children and youth through encouragement, opportunities and resources to develop and achieve their dreams.

Julio focuses his practice in corporate, securities, M&A and general business matters. He has significant experience with a wide variety of transaction structures across a broad range of industries, and has handled matters for start-up companies, growth stage enterprises and established private and public companies. Julio received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
