TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Dave Slenn presented for the National Business Institute on October 10, 2017.  Dave, who served as an American Bar Association Advisor for the Uniform Law Commission Drafting Committee for the Uniform Voidable Transactions (“UVTA”), covered the mechanics of the UVTA, along with important implications for both creditors and debtors.

Dave concentrates his practice in tax, estate and business planning with an emphasis on risk mitigation.   Dave is the immediate past Chair for the Captive Insurance Committee in the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA) and a past Chair for the Asset Protection Planning Committee in the Section of Real Property Trusts and Estate Law of the American Bar Association (ABA.)
