As an Associate in Shumaker's Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Line, Michelina handles commercial leases and use agreements, refinancing matters, and prepares various types of contracts and resolves a variety of title matters. She assists clients throughout the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing processes.
Michelina has distinguished herself in:
- Representing developers, home builders, lenders, borrowers, and investors involved in residential developments, apartment complexes, retail facilities, industrial projects, and mixed-use projects
- Being selected as a member of the Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2025, recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™, and as a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine for 2024
