Caitlin practices in the Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line in the Toledo office. She has extensive experience guiding clients through complex business transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, and reorganizations in a variety of industries.
In addition to her transactional practice, Caitlin regularly counsels clients on general corporate and contractual matters.
Caitlin was a summer associate at Shumaker while in law school. She returned to Shumaker in 2023, after spending a few years at a national law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Caitlin graduated from Miami University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. She received her law degree from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Caitlin served as a judicial extern for Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor of the Supreme Court of Ohio and interned at the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Division.
