As a nurse paralegal, Cindy has been involved in assisting with medical malpractice cases since 1999. With 19 years of experience in trial preparation and assisting attorneys at trial, Cindy is also involved with creating discovery requests to plaintiffs; requests, tracks, and obtains medical records; reviews medical records, creating a chronology; sets up depositions; and creates medical expense charts.

She graduated from Anderson College in 1980 with an associate’s degree in nursing and has worked in the areas of pediatrics, surgery, OB, psychiatric care, long-term care, risk management, and quality improvement. She received a Nurse Paralegal Certificate from the University of Toledo in 1999 and maintains a nursing license in the state of Ohio.
