Colleen is a dedicated and efficient attorney who serves as a strong advocate for her clients. A member of Shumaker’s Community Associations Business Sector, she primarily represents condominium and homeowner associations in a wide variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Shumaker, Colleen began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mac R. McCoy in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She handled both civil and criminal cases in this role and worked on a broad array of complex legal issues and disputes. An alumna of the Ave Maria School of Law, Colleen graduated summa cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Ave Maria Law Review.
Colleen is a Kansas City native and a die-hard Kansas City sports fan. In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending time with her husband and their dog, and exploring all the local businesses, restaurants, and breweries in the Tampa Bay area.
