Danielle is a member of the Litigation and Disputes Service Line in Shumaker’s Sarasota office, where she focuses in all phases of civil and business litigation.
An experienced civil litigator, Danielle’s attention to detail and adaptable nature makes her a strong advocate for clients. She has represented individuals and corporations in both trial and appellate actions, and brings a wealth of knowledge from her broad experience. Danielle is also a graduate of the Washington University School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board for the Washington University Law Review.
Danielle is well-traveled and enjoys meeting people from different walks of life and cultures. She lived in the UK with her husband for two years—first in London, England and then in Edinburgh, Scotland, where the two recently welcomed their son before returning to Tampa to be near family. Danielle also loves all things related to food and cooking.
