David L. Wyant, Jr.

In Memoriam: 1983 - 2023

Businesses and individuals in many different industries seek David’s guidance to position themselves for success and to resolve their disputes. David is a creative problem solver who has extensive experience counseling clients related to the drafting, implementation, and resolution of contracts, with a particular emphasis on trade secrets and competitive restrictions. David’s litigation practice sees him involved in a wide range of civil matters in state and federal court, as well as various arbitration forums, such as FINRA.

David attended Wesleyan University where he earned a B.A. in English while serving as a four-year varsity letterman on the men’s rowing team. David earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis where he received numerous academic honors, including the Dean’s Award of Excellence for Best Oral Advocate.

Away from work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. David is also an active rowing commentator who has participated in the World Rowing Championships, Head of the Charles, United States Olympic Trials, NCAA Championships, and various other national and Florida state Championships, which have been broadcast on ESPN, NBC Sports, and other media platforms.
