Mark Wagoner was a panel member at the Ohio Wholesale Beer & Wine Association’s annual meeting on Thursday September 26, 2013 in Columbus, Ohio.  The topic of the panel's discussion was current developments in Ohio’s Alcoholic Beverages Act.  Mark spoke about Shumaker’s recent victory in the MillerCoors cases and other topics, including the emerging antitrust issues from beer manufacturer consolidation.

Other featured speakers on the panel included Governor John Kasich, Jim Koch, Chairman of the Boston Beer Co., Harry Schuhmacher the Editor & Publisher of the Beer Business Daily, and Bruce Stevenson, the Superintendent of Ohio’s Division of Liquor Control.
