Ohio State Representative Barbara Sears will lead a discussion on the Affordable Care Act, Ohio Medicaid Expansion, and the outlook for Public Exchanges in Ohio.

A significant portion of the program will be devoted to the February 10th directives that delay portions of the Employer Shared Responsibility Rules and what it means to employers.

Scott Newsom, partner in the Toledo office of Shumaker, will provide a compliance update and highlight what employers need to do now with respect to the Affordable Care Act.
