Josh Hayes and Jack Santaniello were speakers at the "2015 Basics of Franchise Law" Continuing Legal Education (CLE) webcast sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Foundation on Friday, November 20, 2015. 

Josh and Jack presented on the topic "Joint Employer and Vicarious Liability - Past, Present and Future" and discussed recent major judicial decisions and their implications on franchise agreements, disclosure, relations and available remedies.
