SARASOTA, FL – Saralyn A. Dorrill, partner in the Sarasota office, has been elected to the Advisory Board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central and Northern Florida, Sarasota Region.  Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work.

Ms. Dorrill's practice includes extensive involvement in all facets of real property transactions.  Ms. Dorrill focuses on the acquisition, development, construction and financing of commercial, resort and residential real estate and planned developments and title insurance.  Ms. Dorrill represents institutional and private lenders, commercial, resort, condominium and residential developers and commercial and residential sellers and purchasers.  Ms. Dorrill also services clients in corporate, tax and estate planning matters involving real estate.  She is Board Certified in Real Estate Law.

Ms. Dorrill received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the University of Florida.
