TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Michele Leo Hintson, a partner in the Tampa office, has been appointed as the Assistant Chair of the Grants Committee for the Junior League of Tampa for 2011-2012.

Ms. Hintson handles a variety of commercial litigation matters including, but not limited to, representing sureties in connection with payment and performance bond disputes, as well as labor and employment disputes, and contract disputes. Ms. Hintson has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2009, 2010 and 2011 by Super Lawyers® magazine. Ms. Hintson received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
