TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy C. Garding, associate in the Tampa office, has been named Co-Chair of the 42nd Annual Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts. The Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts is a premier juried outdoor fine art festival that takes place the first weekend in March each year. The festival attracts thousands of visitors to downtown Tampa's Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park to enjoy the award winning artwork, entertainment, food and children's activities.

Mr. Garding practices in the areas of healthcare, employment & labor, administrative/government law and commercial litigation. He is a Board Member of Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture and the Arts and serves on the Development Committee of The Spring of Tampa Bay. In addition, Mr. Garding co-chairs the Backstage Group at Stageworks Theatre.

Mr. Garding received his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law and his B.A. from University of Minnesota – Duluth.
