Additionally, Greg moderated a securities law panel and participated on an ethics panel. The Institute featured The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., Chief Justice, Delaware Supreme Court as well as the SEC Chief of the Office of Small Business Policy and the Miami Regional Office Director.
Greg has been a chair of the Annual Federal Securities Institute since 1996, served as a panelist or moderator for the SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation since 2006, and is Co-Editor of The Florida Bar Florida Corporate Practice Manual. Greg is a member of the Florida Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is the past Chairman of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section (and former Chair of the Corporations and Securities Committee), and has been a member of that Section’s Executive Council since 1984. In addition, Greg is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Law School. Chair of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick’s Corporate Practice Group in Tampa, Greg also serves as a board member (former President) of the University Club of Tampa, and as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of The Florida Orchestra.
