CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick is pleased to announce that Beth A. Stanfield has joined the Charlotte office. 

Beth is a partner with the medical malpractice defense team.  She focuses her practice on the defense of healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases and before hospital and regulatory authorities. 

Additionally, Beth provides regulatory counsel on healthcare matters, including compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.

Beth has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a North Carolina Rising Star. 

Beth received her J.D. from the Regent University School of Law and her B.A. from Evangel University.
