TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Michele Leo Hintson was the program chair of the 28th Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference held April 20-21, 2017 in Nashville, Tennessee. The annual conference offers educational seminars and resources to those in the surety and fidelity industry.
Michele dedicates her practice to representing businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and individuals in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including, performing pre-suit investigations and risk management analysis, attending mediation sessions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. Michele received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
