TAMPA, FL – Michele Leo Hintson and Brian R. Lambert, Associates in the Tampa office, will be presenting “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Bringing an Indemnity Claim Against a Principal – Current Key Practice Pointers and Possible Pitfalls” at the 21st Annual Southern Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference in Charleston, South Carolina, April 14 – 18, 2010.
Ms. Hintson’s principal areas of practice are general commercial and civil litigation, surety bond and fidelity litigation, and employment litigation. Ms. Hintson received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Lambert’s principal areas of practice are surety bonds and fidelity law, construction law and commercial litigation. Mr. Lambert also has experience in handling first party property insurance claims, suspected arson and fraud claims and large commercial property and business income losses for numerous insurers. Mr. Lambert received his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of South Florida.
