TAMPA, FL—Shumaker is pleased to announce that Tampa Connection has selected Celeste Schettino of Shumaker Advisors and Shumaker Lawyers Sean P. Bevil and Ashley B. Norus for its 2025 program. Tampa Connection is dedicated to strengthening emerging leaders within the local community through a year-long curriculum.

The Tampa Connection program exposes its class members to leadership development, social, and community service opportunities while immersing them in the local community. At the core of Tampa Connection’s mission and the class experience are three foundational principles: leadership, relationships, and community. Throughout the year, participants will engage in activities that foster these principles, preparing them to be effective leaders and active community members.
As Assistant Director Operations for Shumaker Advisors, Celeste focuses on business development, operations, and strategic planning. She has a passion for volunteering with organizations like No Kid Hungry, Children’s Miracle Network, and Sunrise Children's Services. Prior to joining Shumaker, Celeste worked for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as an executive assistant to Nikki Fried.
Sean is an associate in Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line and Community Associations Business Sector, addressing various disputes with a practical and efficient approach honed during his tenure as a prosecutor. Before joining Shumaker, he served at the State Attorney’s Office for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, prosecuting thousands of cases, including serious felonies.
Ashley, an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Tax, and Transactions Service Line, specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. She has experience with public and private offerings and advises clients on daily corporate needs. With a background in public relations and communication, Ashley prides herself on her client interaction and commitment.
