Moses Luski, partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina office, will be presenting the Shumaker Legal Minute at the monthly luncheon of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce in Charlotte.  The lecture will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012.  The title of Mr. Luski's talk will be National Federation of Independent Businesses v. Sebelius, a Decision for the Ages:  A Comment on the U.S. Supreme Court Ruling on the Constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
