Malcolm Pitchford, partner in the Sarasota office, presented two lectures on March 8, 2016 in Tampa entitled "Title Insurance Commitments:  Satisfying Requirements and Evaluating/Removing Exceptions" and "Reading Surveys".  The lectures were given in conjunction with "Resolving Title Issues:  From Surveys and Liens to Restrictions and Authority" presented by the National Business Institute.
