Steve Berman was a panelist for the 2020 Shop! Creative Council Podcast Series. The series themed “Defining the “Next” Normal” featured a panel discussion on the effects of COVID on the national grocery retail sector. Grocers have had to adjust very quickly to address the current situation while remaining open in order to ensure that we have everything we need to shelter in place. Shop! is a global trade association dedicated to enhancing retail environments and experiences.
