Lambert, associate in the Tampa office, has been certified in Construction Law by The Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education.  There are only 28 attorneys in Tampa (248 attorneys in the State) with this certification.  Certification is the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the area of Construction Law.

Mr. Lambert devotes a substantial amount of his practice to all facets of construction.  He regularly reviews contract documents in an effort to resolve potential issues involving scheduling, insurance, licensing, claims avoidance and other related matters.  He has handled a wide variety of complex construction disputes involving project delays, schedule acceleration, construction defects and differing site conditions, as well as payment disputes concerning lien and bond claims.  His litigation experience in these areas provides him with the knowledge required to avoid disputes prior to litigation, and aggressively pursue and defend such claims when required.

Mr. Lambert received his J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and his B.A. from the University of South Florida.
