Lambert (Associates) will be speaking at the 21st Annual Northeast Surety & Fidelity Claims Conference September 22 - 24, 2010 at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Ms. Giroux’s topic will be “Proceeding with Caution: The Unauthorized Practice of Law.”  Ms. Giroux has extensive experience representing both individual and corporate clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including real estate litigation, contract disputes, tort, and debtor-creditor matters.  She also represents surety companies in connection with payment, performance, fidelity and fiduciary bonds.  Ms. Giroux is AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2009 by Super Lawyers® magazine and named a Top Lawyer by Tampa Bay Magazine. Ms. Hintson’s topic will be “Key Practice Pointers and Pitfalls When Pursuing Motions for Summary Judgment for Indemnity.”  Ms. Hintson has experience representing insurance companies in large loss subrogation matters, including construction defect, products liability and contractual liability matters.  Ms. Hintson has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2009 and 2010 by Super Lawyers® magazine.

Mr. Lambert’s topic will be “Key Practice Pointers and Pitfalls When Pursuing Motions for Summary Judgment for Indemnity.”  Mr. Lambert is Board Certified in Construction Law and he devotes a substantial amount of his practice to all facets of construction.  He has handled a wide variety of complex construction disputes involving project delays, schedule acceleration, construction defects and differing site conditions, as well as payment disputes concerning lien and bond claims.
