Mr. Krebs has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of both public and private businesses and business units and has substantial experience in representing clients in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings and insolvency matters.

Mr. Krebs received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2003, and his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1995.
