Cherry, associate in the Sarasota office, spoke at the Suncoast Technology Forum (STF) Techbyte Luncheon on November 16, 2010 at the Polo Grill and Bar in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.  Mr. Cherry’s topic was titled “Avoiding Legal Pitfalls in Social Networking, Open Source Software and Records Retention.”  Mr. Cherry discussed best practices and recommended corporate policies in these three areas.
