Mr. Barron is a partner in the litigation practice group in the Toledo office. His principal areas of practice are medical malpractice defense, commercial disputes, product liability and employment-related tort claims.
Mr. Barron is also a recipient of the Toledo Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Area Law” recognition.
Mr. Barron received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A., with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa designation at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Emerson is of counsel in the health law department in the Columbus office. He joined the firm in 1966 and was previously located in the Toledo office.
Mr. Emerson has extensive experience in merger, sale and acquisition of health care entities and systems, counsel regarding self-insurance and risk-management programs and negotiation of contractual arrangements with physicians and other professionals. He has substantial experience counseling hospitals with respect to strategic planning, medical staff organization and disciplinary matters, tax, corporate reorganization, governance issues and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Emerson received his J.D. from the University of Michigan and his B.A. from Denison University.
Mr. Roberts is a partner in the litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. His principal areas of practice are corporate bankruptcy, insolvency, workouts and restructuring; general corporate and commercial litigation.
Mr. Roberts is Board Certified by the American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Roberts is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Virginia.
Mr. Roberts received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Toledo and his B.S. from the State University of New York 1972, B.S
Mr. Webb is a partner in the corporate practice group in the Toledo office and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Michigan. His principal areas of practice are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, securities law and public finance.
He is a member of the Corporate Law Committee of the Ohio Sate Bar Association, the Business Law and International Law Committees of the Michigan Bar Association and is listed in Who's Who in the World®, Who's Who in America®, Who's Who in Finance and Business®, and Who's Who in American Law®.
Mr. Webb received his J.D. and Order of the Coif designation from Case Western Reserve University and his B.A. from Williams College.
