CHARLOTTE, NC – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Moses Luski, partner in the Charlotte office, presented the "Shumaker Legal Minute" before the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte at their July and September meetings. In July, Mr. Luski spoke on the Declaration of Independence. In September, Mr. Luski spoke on the Citizens United case, a United States Supreme Court decision dealing with First Amendment rights and electoral law.
