TOLEDO, OH - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Phillip H. Lee has joined the firm as an attorney in the corporate practice group in the Toledo, Ohio office.  Prior to joining Shumaker, Mr. Lee was an associate at two prominent law firms in the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Lee received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, his M.S. in Outcomes Research from Dartmouth College and his B.A. in Geography from Dartmouth College.
