Working collaboratively with his clients, Phillip offers long-term practical solutions for matters related to:

Phillip also regularly counsels local entrepreneurs about their emerging companies and works with students and faculty at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University to help develop their business ideas into technology start-ups.
Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, he was an associate at two prominent national law firms in their Silicon Valley offices, where he primarily focused on corporate and securities law.
Phillip currently serves on the board of trustees of the Toledo Opera.
