TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Leonardo M. “Lenny” Dosoretz has joined the Tampa office as an associate in the Corporate department.

Lenny primarily focuses his practice on corporate business law and transactions with concentrations in finance and banking, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and corporate governance.  He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, his Master in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami Frost School of Music, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
