TOLEDO, OH – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Michael M. Briley, partner in the Toledo, Ohio office, was the featured speaker at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s ("ACC") CLE seminar held in Charlotte, North Carolina on Wednesday, October 2, 2013.  Mike’s presentation was entitled “Corporate Antitrust Compliance Programs:  Need, Design and Operation.” 

Mike provides regular antitrust and transportation law counseling for clients involved in a variety of domestic and international industries.  He has published numerous law review articles, books and manuals on antitrust law topics. 

Mike is an Adjunct Professor of Antitrust Law at The University of Toledo College of Law and is the past Chairman and current Secretary of the Antitrust Law Section of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mike received his J.D., cum laude, from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A., with distinction, from Miami University.
