TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Jeremy M. Halpern, associate in the Tampa office, has been elected to the Board of Consultants of The Florida Orchestra.

Jeremy’s practice with the Financial Institutions Practice Group focuses on representing financial institutions and other lenders in connection with construction loans, revolving lines of credit, and other credit arrangements secured by real estate, as well as representing national and regional clients in a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, including loans secured by real and personal property, working capital and acquisition loans, and asset-based loans, among others.

Jeremy received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida.
