TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Sheila Kles has joined the Toledo office as a partner in the Public Law and Public Finance practice group. 

Sheila has extensive experience within the area of public finance in both tax-exempt and taxable financings as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, special disclosure counsel and tax counsel.  She is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL).

Sheila received her J.D. and LL.M., Taxation, from New York University School of Law, and her B.M. from The Juilliard School.
