TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Michele Leo Hintson, partner in the Tampa office, has been named Vice-Chair of Florida Bar’s Thirteenth Circuit Grievance Committee (“B”).  This local grievance committee is composed of lawyers and non-lawyers and is responsible for continuing the investigation of possible lawyer misconduct referred by Bar discipline attorneys.

Michele dedicates her practice to representing businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and individuals in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including, performing pre-suit investigations and risk management analysis, attending mediation sessions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations.  She has been recognized as a Florida Rising Star in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014 by Super Lawyers magazine.  Michele received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
