TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, announces the addition of Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation “Super Lawyer,” Suzette Marteny, as a Partner in its Tampa office. Ms. Marteny is a key addition to Shumaker’s expanding intellectual property practice.

In addition to over ten years of experience in intellectual property law, Suzi is a registered patent attorney who understands the nuts-and-bolts of patent prosecution and is licensed to represent clients in the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. The core of Ms. Marteny’s practice is to help clients obtain and leverage their IP assets in a way that meets their business objectives.
