David H. Conaway to be a Panelist for Turnaround Management Association Carolinas Chapter

Conaway, partner in the Charlotte office, along with David Baartmans, the Managing Director of Wells Fargo Supply Chain Finance, will be the panelists for a Turnaround Management Association Carolinas Chapter event on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The panel discussion topic will be “Does Bankruptcy Break the Supply Chain?  Best Practices for Supply Chain Financing of Troubled Companies."

David's principal areas of practice are bankruptcy (primarily Chapter 11 proceedings), non-bankruptcy insolvencies or restructurings, workouts, commercial transactions, and international business transactions and disputes.
