Yadley, partner in the Tampa Office, has been reappointed to serve as a member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies. The Advisory Committee will advise and consult with the federal agency on interests and priorities of small businesses and smaller public companies, including capital raising through private and public securities offerings; trading in the securities of smaller and emerging and companies; and public reporting requirements of such companies.
He has served as a panelist or moderator for the SEC Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation since 2006, has been Co-Director of the Annual Federal Securities Institute since 1996 and is Co-Editor of The Florida Bar Florida Corporate Practice Manual. In addition, Greg is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida Law School.
