Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick Attorney Gregory C. Yadley Reappointed to SEC Advisory Committee

 TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Gregory C. Yadley, partner in the Tampa Office, has been reappointed to serve as a member of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advisory Committee on Small and Emerging Companies.  The Advisory Committee will advise and consult with the federal agency on interests and priorities of small businesses and smaller public companies, including capital raising through private and public securities offerings; trading in the securities of smaller and emerging and companies; and public reporting requirements of such companies.
