Michele Leo Hintson Appointed to Board of PACE Center for Girls - Pasco

TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Michele Leo Hintson, partner in the Tampa office, has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Pace Center for Girls – Pasco.  PACE Pasco opened in 1998, and currently serves up to 54 girls Pasco County girls in their day program, with approximately 200 girls receiving follow-up services through their transition program.  PACE Pasco’s target population is at-risk girls in Pasco County ages 11 to 17 who are struggling at home, at school, or in the community.

Michele dedicates her practice to representing businesses, insurance companies, health care organizations and individuals in all aspects of the dispute resolution process, including, performing pre-suit investigations and risk management analysis, attending mediation sessions, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, conducting depositions, and advocating for clients at hearings, trials, and arbitrations.    She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  Michele received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
