TAMPA, FL – Brian Willis, an attorney with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, was a guest speaker at Tampa’s Urban Core Board Member Roundtable, on October 7, 2015.  The roundtable covered upcoming development projects in Tampa’s urban core and a condominium legal update. The discussion was hosted by the Skypoint condominium in Downtown Tampa and moderated by First Service Residential.

Brian represents individuals and corporations involved in business, contract and real estate disputes.  He assists clients in a wide variety of industries including real estate, manufacturing, health care, construction, state and local government, community associations, banking and finance, and start-up companies.

Brian received his J.D. from The George Washington University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
