TAMPA, FL – The law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP is pleased to announce that Tampa partner Duane A. Daiker spoke at the Tampa Bay Paralegal Association Annual Seminar on November 6, 2015.  Duane’s topic was “Florida Appellate Practice.”

Duane represents individual and corporate clients in a variety of appellate matters in state and federal court, and leads the firm’s appellate practice group.  Duane is Board Certified as an Appellate Specialist by the Florida Bar.   In addition to his full-time law practice, Duane serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, teaching classes in law, legal research, and writing.  He received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Florida, and his B.A., with high honors, from the University of Florida, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review.
